Terms of Use
These terms explain how this website may be used, how our services are arranged, and our independence from the agencies and organizations mentioned on the site.
Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Use apply to your use of this website, operated by Moses Robinson: Law Enforcement & Safety Consulting LLC ("Moses Robinson Consulting," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
About Us
We provide public safety and security training, consulting, assessments, speaking, and community partnership services, based in Rochester, New York. ROC Community Readiness is an initiative of the same company.
Independence and No Endorsement
We are an independent business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Rochester Police Department, the City of Rochester, Monroe County, the State of New York, the U.S. Department of Justice, or any other government agency.
Moses Robinson is a retired officer of the Rochester Police Department. References on this site to his law enforcement career, past assignments, awards, and recognitions are biographical. They do not mean that any agency, award organization, school, or partner endorses our services.
The names of newspapers, television stations, and other media outlets appear only to identify coverage in which Moses appeared or was quoted. Those outlets do not endorse us, and their names and marks belong to their owners. Photos of community events and partner organizations show past participation, not endorsement.
Information Only, Not Professional Advice
Content on this website is general information about our services and about safety topics. It is not legal advice, not a security assessment of your specific site or situation, and not a substitute for professional guidance tailored to your organization. Reading this website does not create a client or consulting relationship.
We are not a law enforcement agency and do not provide emergency, police, or armed security services through this website. In an emergency, call 911.
Training and consulting reduce risk, but no training, plan, or assessment can prevent every incident. We do not guarantee any particular outcome.
Services Are Covered by Separate Agreements
Sending a request through the contact form, by email, or by phone does not book a service or create an obligation for either side. Each engagement is confirmed in a written proposal or agreement that sets out scope, fees, scheduling, cancellation, and any other terms. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms of Use, the agreement controls for that engagement.
